Seagull eggs should be boiled for 15 minutes in boiling water and cooled in cold water.
Since we had some of each of the goodies in the fridge, I put the eggs on a slice of freshly baked bread, along with the bacon whale and two kinds of roe. A little sprinkle of pepper, but not salt, since the roe is salty enough. The usual combination is Mackøl and seagull eggs, but since we were in Lofoten, it was Lofotpils instead.
