Prepare rice noodles according to the instructions on the package and place it in the bottom of the bowl. Peel a squash, grate it and squeeze the juice. Sugar peas, peppers, avocados, cucumbers, carrots and mangoes are used here. Cut salmon into thin slices. Serve with the sauce.
Sauce:
1 dl soy sauce
2 tablespoons demerara sugar if necessary. honey
1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
3 cm garlic from a tube, if necessary. finely chopped garlic
2 tablespoons water
