Pad krapow gai is one of the best Thai dishes my son can serve me. The beauty of it is that in addition to tasting delicious, it is also quick and easy to make.
2-4 Thai chilies, finely chopped
4 garlic, finely chopped
Oil for frying
500 g minced meat
1 bag of asparagus beans, cleaned
4 spring onions, finely chopped
1 cup Thai basil, finely chopped
3 ss oystersauce
2 tbsp soy sauce
3 ss fishsauce
2 tablespoons sugar
Fry thaichili and garlic a few minutes in oil, add ground beef and brown it, constantly stirring. Add asparagus beans, spring onions, Thai basil, oystersauce, soy sauce, fishsauce and sugar. Let the mixture enjoy for a few minutes on low heat, remembering to stir it a little.
Serve pad krapow gai with rice.
