Pasta with beef and tomatoes

Pasta with beef and tomatoes is delicious leftover food. This recipe can also be made with chicken or pork fillet and is suitable for 4 people.

400 g beef steak

75 g sliced mushrooms

2 ss pesto

Some oil for frying

1 finely chopped onion

2.5 dl white wine

20 mini tomatoes, divided into 2

2 finely chopped garlic cloves

1 tablespoon chicken stock

2 tablespoons finely chopped, sun-dried tomato

2 tablespoons sliced olives

1 ts oregano

Salt and pepper

1 name bladpersille

Ev. a little parmesan

Saute the steak and mushrooms in oil in a frying pan. Mix in pesto and set aside. Blank the onion in oil in another frying pan, before adding garlic, tomatoes, wine, funds and spices. Let it enjoy itself for a few minutes, then the tomatoes disintegrate. Add the sun-dried tomato, olives and meat and let it saute for a few minutes. Cook pasta as instructed on the package and stir it with the rest. Sprinkle with slightly chopped leaf parsley and basil

Serve with grated or planed Parmesan.
