This sauce is delicious for barbecue skewers and can also be used as a sauce for Thai pizza.
1/2 dl sweet ketjap
1 teaspoon garlic from the tube
1/2 ts Sambal Olek
1 tablespoon neutral oil
1/2 tbsp sesame oil
1/2 tablespoon ginger from tube
1 small fist fresh, finely chopped coriander
1/2 glass of peanut butter
Mix in a saucepan and bring to the boil. Dilute with water until thick enough.
