Peperoncino rosso with chicken and pesto

Peperoncino rosso is a pasta with stitches in. We think it tastes good, but you can use other pasta for this dish, if you want. This recipe is suitable for 4 people.

2 onions in strips

1 pk sliced aroma mushrooms

10 minitomater

600 g chicken fillet in strips

4 cloves finely chopped garlic

1 handful of finely chopped basil

1 tablespoon chicken stock

1/2 lime, juice

1 teaspoon Santa Maria pasta rosso (spices)

Fry mushrooms, onions and chicken separately and set aside gradually. When everything is cooked, mix it together and add the rest of the ingredients. Let it simmer on low heat while you cook the pasta according to the instructions on the package.

You can of course buy pesto ready in a glass, but I promise that the homemade tastes a hundred times better.

Serve with the pasta at the bottom, then the chicken mixture and with the pesto on top. Garnish with a basil leaf.
