Piña Colada dessert is my favorite from the Caribbean. If you like Piña Colada, this dessert is perfect for you. It is also quick and easy to make. The recipe is suitable for 4 people.
2 bananas in slices
4 slices of pineapple in pieces
2 dl coconut flakes
2 dl coconut cream
4 cocktail berries
2 tbsp rom ev. a few drops of romessens
2 tablespoons honey (possibly sugar)
Assembly of piña colada dessert:
Divide the bananas and pineapple into portions. Mix together coconut cream, rum and honey. Taste until it is just right. Spread the mixture over the fruit. Garnish with coconut flakes. Piña Colada dessert is topped with a cocktail berry
