I did not grow up with rakfisk, and have not had a particularly good relationship with it. When I have been served, I have eaten, but not with much pleasure. When I tasted this appetizer, I experienced for the very first time that I actually liked rakfisk, so it can really be recommended for beginners. It is easy to make too. The recipe is suitable for 4-6 people.
200 g medium aged grated fish, finely chopped
15 cm leeks, finely chopped
3/4 cup sour cream
Freshly ground pepper
Mix everything and season with pepper. Serve with a salad leaf and some crispy or some good bread.
