Raw potatoes taste good with most meat and fish dishes. They can also be used as part of a tapas meal, together e.g. aioli.
They are quite easy to make, since you do not have to peel them, just wash them a little.
Cut the potatoes into fairly thin slices. Drizzle the frying pan with a little olive oil. Spread the potatoes out. They must not be on top of each other. Drizzle over a little more olive oil and fry them at 250 degrees until golden and delicious. Give them a sprinkle of salt and pepper before serving. You can use flaxseed salt.
