Thai chicken soup

Thai chicken soup is a delicious and warming dish, which goes well now in autumn. If a little coconut flavor tempts you, you can make Thai chicken soup with coconut cream instead of creme fraiche with coconut cream.

4 chicken fillets in pieces

2 onions in strips

1 finely chopped chili

1 cm lemongrass in a tube

2 carrots in small cubes

4 tablespoons Thai chicken stock

2 cm coriander from tube

2 cm garlic from the tube

1 ss sweet chili dipping saus

1 box of sour cream

2 ts curry

1 l sell

1 paprika in strips

2 finely chopped spring onions

Some fresh coriander for garnish

Brown the chicken fillet and onion in a saucepan. Add chili, carrots, Thai chicken stock, cilantro, garlic, lemongrass, curry, sweet chili dipping sauce, sour cream and water.

Let it cook until the chicken is cooked through, before adding the peppers and spring onions. Garnish with fresh coriander.

We serve Thai chicken soup with good bread, e.g. homemade baguettes.
