Thai chicken soup

This chicken soup is a delicious and warming dish, which goes well with autumn. If it tempts with a little coconut flavor, you can replace the sour cream with coconut cream.

4 chicken fillets in pieces

2 onions in strips

1 finely chopped chili

2 carrots in small cubes

4 tablespoons Thai chicken stock

2 cm coriander from tube

2 cm garlic from the tube

1 cm lemongrass in a tube

2 tsp curry

1 ss sweet chili dipping saus

1 box of sour cream

1 l sell

1 paprika in strips

1 finely chopped spring onion

Some fresh coriander for garnish

Brown the chicken fillet and onion in a saucepan. Add chili, carrots, Thai chicken stock, cilantro, garlic, lemongrass, curry, sweet chili dipping sauce, sour cream and water.

Let it cook until the chicken is cooked through, before adding the peppers and spring onions. Garnish with fresh coriander.

We serve it with good bread, e.g. homemade baguettes.
