Thai fish burger is both healthy and tasty. You can make it as strong or mild as you like by adjusting the amount of chilli. You can buy ready-made burger buns, or make your own.

Taifiskeburgere:
500 g salmon fillet
300 g cod fillet
2 finely chopped chilies
4 finely chopped shallots
1 handful of finely chopped coriander
2 finely shredded spring onions
2 beaten eggs
1 dl cream
Salt and pepper
Finely chop the fish with a good, sharp knife. Mix in chilli, shallot, coriander, spring onion, egg, cream, salt and pepper. Knead the dough for Thai fish burgers together well so that it becomes chewy.

Divide the dough into four equal parts and form four fine Thai fish burgers, which are fried in a hot frying pan with a little oil for approx. 2 minutes on each side.
Put the burgers in hot hamburger bread together with raw food, finely shredded cucumber, salad, red onion or other accessories you love. Sprinkle over sweet chili dipping mix and / or hoisin sauce, or another dressing you want.
