This dish is simple and full of flavor. The recipe is suitable for 4 people.
1 pk. truffle paste (available on Menu)
3 chicken fillets in pieces
1/2 tsp chicken seasoning
1 onion, finely chopped
20 mini tomatoes, divided into boats
1 dl water
1 teaspoon chicken stock
Reven parmesan
Brown the chicken fillets and onions in a little oil, season with chicken seasoning. Add the tomatoes and leave to simmer for a few minutes, so the tomatoes release the moisture. Add water and funds and leave to simmer for a few more minutes, while cooking the pasta.
Put the pasta on plates, spread the chicken mixture over and give the dish a sprinkle of salt, pepper and parmesan. Garnish with basil and serve.
