This tuna dish tastes fresh and good like the Mediterranean. Salsa Verde is a nice sauce when you have guests. It must be served cold and can be prepared in advance. The dish is intended for 4 people.
800 g fresh tuna, divided into 4 steaks
Olive oil
8 tomatoes, divided into two
1 pepper divided into large pieces
100 g grated parmesan
Salt and pepper
Large capers (available in Asian stores)

Put the tomatoes and peppers in an ovenproof dish, sprinkle with parmesan, salt and pepper and put them in the oven at 200 degrees for 30 min.
Make mashed potatoes and salsa verde. Spread oil on the tuna, season it with salt and pepper and fry or grill it for 2 min. on each side.
