Vietnamese meatballs in peanut sauce

Vietnamese meatballs are juicy, tasty and made from pork dough. The sauce for this dish is easy and quick to make. You can buy the two sauces in Asian stores.

The meatballs:

2 ss fishsauce

1 finely chopped red onion

4 teaspoons sugar

2 cloves garlic, finely chopped

1 ts salt

1 ts pepper

4 tablespoons oil for frying

Knead all the ingredients except oil well together. Form small bowls with your hands and fry them in the oil on medium-high heat. Slightly depending on the size of the meatballs, it should hold with approx. 2 minutes on each side.

1 pk sliced mushrooms, e.g. aroma mushrooms

1 red pepper in strips

2 onions in stalks, preferably 1 red and 1 regular (kepa)

1 fl. Peanut satay sauce

1 fl. Vietnamese rice paper roll sauce

Brown mushrooms in a little butter. add onion and simmer for a few minutes. Add the power from the meatballs and the two bottles and stir well while boiling. Put the meatballs in the sauce, together with the paprika strips. Bring to a boil and serve with rice or noodles.
