Dressing for salad is suitable both when serving the salad as a separate dish and when serving the salad for meat or fish dishes. It is also suitable for burgers made from both meat and fish.
2 tbsp mayonnaise
100 g creme fraiche
1 ss ketsjup
2 ts HP sauce
1 tbsp mustard
Salt and pepper
Stir everything together, season with salt and pepper and set cold until ready to use.
