Irish coffee is a classic and even though it is a hot drink, many people use it as a dessert and it goes well with it. This recipe is for 1 Irish coffee.
2 teaspoons of brown sugar
8 cl freshly made coffee
4 cl Irish whiskey
Whipped cream, lightly whipped
Possibly a little ground cinnamon
Heat the coffee mug by filling it with boiling water. Pour out the water, fill in coffee and sugar and stir until the sugar is dissolved. Add whiskey and place lightly whipped whipped cream as a lid on top. Feel free to use the back of a tablespoon and pour the cream over so it will be neat. Irish coffee is served hot and sprinkle with a little ground cinnamon, if you like it.
