Cold cream sauce for fish and shellfish tastes good with all kinds of shellfish, and fried and grilled fish. It is also lovely with smoked and grilled fish.
3 dl rømme
2 ss finhakket gressløk
2 ss finhakket dill
1 glass rød kaviar
2 ss sitronsaft
Salt
Pepper
Mix everything and season with salt and pepper
