Cheese with crispy nut toast and honey with rosemary, walnuts and dried fruit

Tasty cheeses can be used both as a middle course, dessert or as a delicious cuddly dish in the evening.
Here I have used cheeses from Eiker gårdsysteri, but you can choose your favorites. If you use this as an intermediate course, a tiny taste of each cheese is enough.
I have bought the nut cheese at Meny. I also used 1/4 fresh fig for each and homemade honey with rosemary, walnuts and dried fruit. The honey can be found here.
