Cheesecake dessert with jam is an easy and tasty dessert, which is easy to serve to many. Most of it can be prepared the day before and put cold.
250 grams of digestive biscuits
50 grams of butter
1 can Snow fresh
3 dl whipped cream (1 small carton)
2 tablespoons of sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla powder, possibly vanilla extract
8 tablespoons of strawberry jam or other jam you like
Chopped, roasted almonds
Place the biscuit in a double bread bag and crush it with a rolling pin or beef beater. Mix the biscuit with melted butter. Beat the cream and mix it with cheese, sugar and the seeds from the vanilla bar.
Spread the biscuit in the bottom of 8 glasses and gently press it down, leaving it flat. Add jam and spread the cream on top.
Sprinkle with chopped, burnt almonds just before serving cheesecake dessert.
