There are many exciting types of dram at the liquor store, but I like to make my own. When the pears are at their best, it's fun to make this and take it out again after a few months and serve it to friends and acquaintances, or maybe give away as a Christmas present.
5 bulbs with shells
2 cinnamon sticks
1-2 star anise
1 vanilla bean
100 g sugar
Vodka 60 %
Remove the core housing from the bulbs and cut them into boats. Fill all the ingredients in a Norwegian glass and fill up with vodka until the glass is completely full. Put the lid on and shake it well. Put the glass on the kitchen counter for four weeks. Turn the glass over daily. Strain the liqueur after four weeks and pour into a bottle. Put the bottle cold for six months.
The bulbs can be used as accessories for ice cream.
