Whiskey sauce

Whiskey sauce goes well with most types of meat. You don't have to like whiskey to like this sauce, because the whiskey becomes more like a spice.

1/2 ltr. whisky

1/2 ltr. cream

4 brown sugar cubes

1 tbsp beef stock

2 ts worcestersauce

Salt and pepper

Pour the whiskey into a hot pot, go outdoors with it and burn off the alcohol. It burns for a while, so let it burn. NB! Take care of the fringe.

Add cream and let it boil down to 1/4. Add sugar cubes, stock, worcester sauce and season with salt and pepper. Let it boil and add a little butter, so the sauce becomes extra glossy. Do not let the whiskey sauce boil after the butter has been added.
