This sauce tastes good in many different ways, e.g. chicken, turkey and pork. If you have tasted Bretagne sauce from a bag, you will be amazed at how much better the homemade one tastes.

1 small red onion, finely chopped

1/2 pepper, finely chopped

6 sherrytomater

3 dl cream

3 ss sour cream

2 ts tarragon

3 teaspoons paprika powder

2 tablespoons chicken stock

2 cloves garlic, finely chopped

Fry the onion in a little butter. Add peppers and tomatoes and let it simmer on low heat for approx. 15 min.

Smooth the mixture with an immersion blender. Add crème fraiche, cream, tarragon, paprika powder, garlic and stock. Let it simmer for a few minutes, stirring occasionally. Season with salt and pepper.
