Our favorite sauce for shellfish is suitable for everything from lobster to various shells and is also quick and easy to make.
1 bag of mayonnaise
2 ss agurkmiks
2 tablespoons spring onion, finely chopped
1 ss Worcestershire Sauce
1 tbsp lemon juice
80 g ketchup
1 tbsp capers
2 tablespoons parsley, finely chopped
1 ts pepper
1 ts salt
Stir everything together and season with salt and pepper.
