Chinese chicken wok with noodles tastes delicious of Chinese 5 spices. You can buy it in Asian stores, or you can make it yourself.
Sauce:
5 finely chopped garlic cloves
1 cm finely chopped fresh ginger
1,75 dl sherry wine
2,5 dl hoisin sauce
1.75 dl soy sauce
1.75 dl sugar
1⁄2 ts chinese fivespicekrydder
Mix all the ingredients in a bowl until the sugar is dissolved. Set cold until used.
Chinese chicken wok with noodles:
600 g chicken fillet in strips
1 onion in thin boats
1 red onion in thin boats
1/2 pk bean sprouts
1 red pepper in strips
1 small pot of coriander
1 packet sliced aroma mushrooms
Fry the chicken in a wok or casserole. Add the onion and mushrooms and continue to fry, stirring constantly. It should be high heat. When the chicken is cooked through, but still juicy, add the sauce and vegetables. Let them soak for a few minutes, stirring constantly. Add coriander leaves and serve with noodles or rice.
