Chicken and bok choy in teriyaki sauce

This beautiful Japanese dish is quick to make. I divide everything before I start frying. The recipe is suitable for 4 people.

Teriyakisaus:

2 tablespoons rice vinegar

2 dl soy sauce

1 dl liquid honey

2 tablespoons grated, fresh ginger

4 cloves finely chopped garlic

2 tablespoons sesame oil

4 tablespoons cold water

2 ss maizennamel

Stir together ginger, garlic, rice vinegar, soy sauce, honey and sesame oil.

4 chicken breasts in strips

1 pk shitake mushrooms in cubes (or aroma mushrooms)

1 red onion in strips

2 bok choy in slices

1 red pepper in strips

2 spring onions in strips

2 tablespoons sesame seeds

Brown mushrooms, chicken and red onion in a little sesame oil mixed with rapeseed oil in a hot frying pan until the chicken is golden.

Pour over the sauce and stir well.

Let the dish cook for 5 minutes. Add bok choy and paprika and cook for another 2 minutes.

Served with rice or noodles, which are made according to the instructions on the package.
