Chicken rolls in the oven

Chicken rolls in the oven are a lovely dish, which can easily be served to guests. The recipe is suitable for 4 people.

800 g chicken fillet

Salt and pepper

1 bag of mayonnaise

2 tbsp mustard

5 dl grated cheese

1 bunch parsley, finely chopped

Place the chicken fillets flat and divide them into two thinner fillets. Place baking paper or plastic wrap over and turn them completely flat.

Season them with salt and peppers on both sides.

Mix mayonnaise and mustard in a bowl and spread 2/3 of the mixture over the chicken fillets.

Mix cheese and parsley in another bowl and spread it over the chicken fillets, before rolling them together and putting them with the joint down in a baking dish, greased with olive oil.

Spread the rest of the mayonnaise mixture over the rolls and put them in the oven at 200 degrees until they begin to color.

Sprinkle with the rest of the cheese mixture and put them back in the oven, until they have acquired a nice golden color.

Serve the chicken rolls with optional accessories. I've used french noisettes, which you can find in the freezer counter or find a recipe for here and a salad with iceberg lettuce, peppers, spring onions, corn and tomato. You can find the dressing here.
