Liqueur-baked pears with chocolate sauce are both easy and tasty. It tastes good with whipped cream, or with ice cream, if you wish.
The bulbs:
1 box canned pears
2 dl banana liqueur, or other liqueur you like
Place the pears in an ovenproof dish and pour over the pear liqueur. Place deep in the oven at 200 degrees for 10 minutes.
Chocolate sauce:
1 dl lake from the pear box
1 dl cream
100 g dark chocolate
Boil the cream and brine, turn off the heat and add the chocolate cubes. Stir until the chocolate has melted and serve.
