Namibia is located in the south of Africa and has been under both German and South African rule. Food, of course, is affected by it. They use a lot of meat and have a large selection, cooking with ostrich, antelope, zebra, giraffe, oryx, kudu, lamb and beef. They often grill the meat, and serve it with rich and tasty sauces.
