Cheese sandwiches with hamburger backs and BBQ sauce or toast are a simple and good lunch, evening dish or easy dinner at full speed. I like best Sweet Baby Ray's Hickory & Brown sugar BBQ sauce, but you can use your favorite.

1 slice of bread
2 slices of hamburger back
1 squirt BBQ sauce
Slightly shredded spring onion
Some fresh, finely chopped herbs, e.g. coriander or parsley leaves
4 slices of cheese, preferably well stored
Place the bread in the desired order, with cheese on top. Bake at 200 degrees until the cheese is melted and golden.
