Remoulade

Remulade can be easily and quickly made yourself and tastes much better than pre-purchased. This is stirred together in less than 5 minutes.

1 bag of mayonnaise

2 ss agurkmix

2 tablespoons finely chopped capers

The juice of 1 lime

1/2 ts salt

1/4 ts pepper

1 handful fresh parsley

Everything is stirred together well and put cold until it is to be used. Feel free to sprinkle with some chopped parsley when serving.
