Mustard vinaigrette is a dressing, which is suitable for most salads. It also tastes great for cooked vegetables and fish. Vinaigrette is an emulsion and that makes it thick and full-bodied, when you mix it.
1 tbsp dijon mustard
2 tablespoons honey
5 tablespoons raspberry vinegar or white wine vinegar
1.5 dl olive oil
Mix all the ingredients well and drizzle over the salad.
