Chocolate sauce can be used for both desserts and cakes and it tastes good, both lukewarm and cold.
3/4 dl cream
1/2 dl light syrup
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/4 dl of cocoa
100 g cooking chocolate
1 tablespoon butter
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
Boil cream, syrup, sugar and cocoa in a saucepan, stirring and simmering for 5 min.
Unscrew the plate and add chocolate, butter and vanilla. Stir until everything has melted and the chocolate sauce is smooth.
