Yogurt ice cream is light, fresh and a little healthier than regular ice cream. If you don't like the taste of this yogurt, you can use another one. In any case, the result will be a fresh and good dessert. If you don't own an ice maker, it's just as well to put the mixture in the freezer and stir every fifteen minutes until frozen.
The yogurt ice cream:
800 g mango and passion fruit yogurt
200 g vanilla yogurt
4 tablespoons of golden syrup
Mix everything and drive to ice cream in an ice maker.
Salsa:
1 basket fresh raspberries
3/4 basket of fresh strawberries, divided into 2 or 4, depending on the size
1 mango in cubes
Some finely chopped mint
about 75 g sugar, depending on how sweet you want it
The juice of 1 lime
Mix everything together and leave cold for about 1 hour
Put salsa on dessert plates, remember to bring some of the power. Put on a spoonful of yogurt ice cream on top and garnish with a mint leaf.
