Christmas dessert with syrup snips tastes good and is a great way to get rid of some of the Christmas cookies. I have used syrup snips, but you can also use gingerbread. I have Nora's apple compote, but if you would rather use another compote, there are several in the grocery store.
150 g sirupssnipper
50 g butter
3 dl whipped cream
200 g natural cream cheese
5 ss melis
1 bag of apple compote
1 teaspoon malt cinnamon
Crush the cakes finely with a food processor, hand mixer or keep them in a bag, and roll over a rolling pin. Melt butter and mix it with the cake crumbs. Distribute the mixture in the bottom of small serving glasses.
Put the jars cold for half an hour. Whip cream to light cream. Whip cream cheese together with powdered sugar in another bowl. Turn the whipped cream into the cream cheese. Put on the apple compote. Spread the cream in the jars and sprinkle with a little cinnamon.
