Baileys fudge cake is suitable both for dessert and as a treat with coffee.
Baileys is an Irish liqueur flavored with aged Irish whiskey, fresh Irish cream, cocoa beans and vanilla pods. This gives a lovely taste to the cake, which also goes well with dessert, with some ice cream.
170 grams of melted butter
200 grams of sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla sugar
3 ss Baileys
2 egg
100 grams of wheat flour
40 grams of cocoa
0.5 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 ts salt
Whisk together butter, sugar and vanilla sugar. Whisk in eggs and Baileys. Stir in flour, cocoa, baking powder and salt. Put the batter in a greased round form, size 24 cm dia. Bake the cake at 170 degrees for approx. 25 min in the middle of the oven. Let the cake cool in the mold.
Baileysfudge:
