Whether this cake is better than sex can be discussed, but it is good. This cake can advantageously be made the day before it is to be used, so it can settle a little. Set it at room temperature approx. one hour before serving. Garnish with cream and Daimbiter just before serving.
Cake:
4 egg
350 g sugar
200 g of wheat flour
80 g cocoa powder
2 teaspoons vanilla extract or vanilla sugar
2 teaspoons bakingpowder
1/2 ts salt
200 g melted butter
1.5 dl sour cream
1 can sweet, condensed milk about 400 g
Prepare a springform pan. Load baking paper, so it will be easier to get the cake out of the mold.
Melt the butter and set it aside to cool slightly. Mix sour cream and vanilla extract into the butter. Whisk eggs and sugar until fluffy and mix all the ingredients for the cake, except the condensed milk, gently together.
Pour the batter into the mold and bake it in the middle of the oven, at 175 degrees hot air, for 20-30 minutes. Check if it has finished sticking a cake stick in it. It should not stick to the stick when the cake is ready. Watch carefully, because the cake should not be baked for too long either.
Take the cake out of the oven and dot holes evenly distributed throughout, with a cake stick, chopstick or similar. Pour over the condensed milk and make sure you get milk down into all the holes. Let the cake cool for a few minutes at room temperature, before putting it in the fridge until it is ready to decorate.
Decorations:
3 dl whipped cream
2 double Daimsjokolader
Just before serving, decorate better than the sex cake with whipped cream and Daimbiter.
