Steak pizza is great and super leftover food if you've had a roast veal or beef fillet. You can also buy a piece of steak or beef strips, if you wish. If you use raw meat, you can add it to all the other filling and it will cook a little in the oven. Either way, this pizza is popular with us.

1 small box Mutti pizza sauce

1 ss oregano

2 cloves finely chopped garlic

1 tsp thyme

Various cheeses of your choice


1 good handful of sliced mushrooms

1 small red onion in strips

1/2 red pepper in strips

1 box pineapple

400 g steak in strips


Mix Mutti pizza sauce, oregano, garlic and thyme in a saucepan and let it boil in min. 15 min on low heat.

Spread the pizza sauce over the half-baked bottom. Put on the cheese, except for the mozzarella. Put on mushrooms, onions, peppers, pineapple and meat. Season with e.g. beef seasoning, Italian seasoning or chicken seasoning. Tear up the mozzarella and put around the pizza. Bake at a high temperature in the oven until golden up. Steak pizza is divided into portion pieces and served hot.
