I've been lucky enough to get my hands on blue cauliflower. If you can't get it, this cauliflower salad tastes just as good with regular cauliflower.
1-2 cauliflower heads in small bouquets
2 dl mayonnaise
1 tablespoon of honey
2 tbsp good cherry vinegar or other berry vinegar
100 g diced bacon
1 red onion, finely chopped
50 g raisins
60 g pine nuts
Fresh berries for decoration
Place the bacon cubes in baking dish and place them in the oven at 200 degrees, until it has acquired nice color and is crispy. Mix all the ingredients together. Garnish with fresh berries.
