Clafoutis is the delicious French dessert, which is served hot with ice cream. This variety is made with raspberries, cherries and blueberries, but you can use other berries, or fruits as well.

For 4 people:

3 egg

1 dl sugar

3 dl wheat flour

1 dl whipped cream

1 dl milk

1/2 ts salt

Everything is whipped together by hand and poured into portion forms.

100 g of marzipan in small pieces and berries of your choice are placed evenly throughout the molds. I use raspberries, cherries and blueberries from the garden this time.

Clafoutis is cooked at 200 degrees until it turns delicious golden. It takes about 30 minutes. Serve immediately with a good vanilla ice cream.
