Coleslaw goes well with many different things, e.g. burger, spareribs, sausages, chops, flint roast and various other grilled food. It also tastes good on a slice of bread, with e.g. a slice of cooked ham. This is my very best recipe for coleslaw.
1 pose majones
1 boks creme fraiche
1/2 lime, kun saften
2 ss sukker
2 ss HP saus
4 ss agurkmiks
1 ss eplesidereddik
salt and pepper
1 pose med ferdigrevet gulrot og kål
Mix everything together and refrigerate until ready to use. If you feel like a little more work, you can grate the carrot and finely chop the cabbage yourself.
