Egg and bacon salad of quail eggs, with mustard wine dish can be used for both appetizer, main course, evening shoes and for lunch. If you don't have access to quail eggs, you can use regular eggs in boats instead.
I like to put salad on a plate. It looks delicious and you get a good overview of the ingredients.
I've used baby leaves, tomatoes, cucumbers, shredded spring onions, cheese pop, crispy fried bacon and eggs.
Vinagrette:
1 tbsp dijon mustard
2 tablespoons honey
5 tablespoons raspberry vinegar or white wine vinegar
1.5 dl olive oil
Mix all the ingredients well and drizzle over the salad.
