Greek salad with beef is a great way to use up leftover potatoes and meat. It has no exact measurements, but is created while emptying the fridge of leftovers.
Boiled or baked potatoes in slices
Prayer mix
Salat
Sliced cucumber
Mini tomatoes, divided into 2 or 4
Peppers and strips
Feta cheese, preferably marinated
Meat leftovers, I have used beef, but you can use both chicken, pork, lamb and goat as well.
Sliced olives
As a dressing, it fits with tzatziki spices mixed with yogurt or oil and water.
