Homemade meat pudding is much better than store-bought. You have probably tasted the bland meat pudding you can buy ready-made in the grocery store. Instead, try this homemade version and you will experience a whole new world.
600 g chop dough
1 finely chopped pepper
1 finely chopped onion
2 ts salt
2 beaten eggs
3 dl milk
1 teaspoon nutmeg
1 ts pepper
1.5 tablespoons potato flour
1 packet sliced dry salted bacon
Knead everything, except the bacon, well together and pour it into a loaf tin. Add 1 pack of dry salted bacon in slices and cook the meat pudding in a water bath at 180 degrees for 1 hour.

Homemade meat pudding is served with brown sauce and potatoes in the desired shape, here I had boiled potatoes after yesterday's dinner, which I have sliced, seasoned and fried in butter in a long pan at 200 degrees. The vegetables can also be varied. I always use the power that separates from the pudding during frying in the brown sauce.
