Cognac stewed mushrooms

Cognac stewed mushrooms go well with many different things, e.g. beef, duck and game. It can easily replace the sauce in the dish.

1 finely chopped onion

1 cup sliced aroma mushrooms

3 dl cream

1 handful of finely chopped parsley

10 ml brandy

Salt and pepper

Brown onions and mushrooms in a little butter. Add cream and brandy and cook until good and thick consistency. Add the parsley just before serving.
