Warm mushroom salad with caramelized walnuts

Fluffy mushroom salad with caramelized walnuts is delicious for lunch, or as an accompaniment to barbecue. The recipe is suitable for 2 pers.

The walnuts:

2 tablespoons sugar

3 tablespoons liquid honey

1/2 ts salt

150 g walnuts

Melt sugar, honey and salt in a frying pan. Add nuts and stir well, so they are covered with the sugar mixture. Spread the mixture over a parchment paper lined baking tray and place in the oven at 200 degrees for 2 min. Take out and let it cool completely, before taking the nuts apart. Place the walnuts in dense glass until they are to be used.

1 pk sliced aroma mushrooms

10 shallots, divided into 2, lengthwise

1 pk beans, purified

Salt and pepper

1 pot of basil

God balsamic

Good olive oil


Brown the mushrooms in a little oil. Add the onions and beans and let it cook until the beans are cooked but still have chew resistance.  Season with salt and pepper. Spread the mixture on 2 plates, sprinkle with nuts and basil.

Serve fluffy mushroom salad with caramelized walnuts by putting balsamic vinegar, olive oil and Parmesan on the table so guests can serve themselves.
