Mimosa is fresh and tasty and fits well as a welcome drink. It was first made in San Francisco by Sir Alfred Hitchcock in the 1940s.
4 cl orange juice
Champagne or other white sparkling wine
Pour orange juice into a well-cooled champagne glass, top up with sparkling wine.
