Minas cupcakes for the baby shower, christening or naming ceremony can of course be used in any occasion. They are delicious and taste good. This recipe yields 12 cupcakes
125 g butter
150 g sugar
2 store egg
2 teaspoons vanilla essence
1 vanilla bean
2 dl whipped cream
3 dl wheat flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
Whisk butter and sugar white and fluffy. Whisk in the eggs, one at a time. Whisk in the vanilla essence. Divide the vanilla bean lengthwise and scrape out the seeds. Mix the seeds, sifted flour and baking powder and the cream alternately into the buttercream to a lump-free batter.
Put paper forms in muffin trays. Fill the molds 2/3 full with batter. Bake in the middle of the oven at 175 degrees for approx. 20 min. They should be golden and well done. Cool on a wire rack.

Frosting:
1 dl egg whites
1/2 teaspoon lemon juice
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
335 g sugar
65 ml of water
Blue pasta color
Mix sugar, water and vanilla extract in a saucepan, stir well and heat to 120 degrees (use thermometer).
Whisk egg whites and lemon juice until it starts to froth. Add the sugar sheet little by little. Mix it so airy. The cream is ready to use.
Fill the frosting in a spray bag and spray beautiful tops on the cold muffins. Decorate with blue cake decorations.
