Omelette with bacon, mushrooms and cheese

Omelet with cured ham, mushrooms and cheese is particularly suitable as a lunch dish and this recipe is suitable for 2 people.

1 onion, finely chopped

1 good fist, mushrooms in strips

50 g bacon ham, shredded

3 egg

3 tablespoons milk

Salt and pepper

50 g grated cheese of your choice

5-10 mini tomatoes, divided into four

Brown the onion, mushrooms and bacon in a little butter in a frying pan. Whisk together eggs, milk, salt and pepper and pour over. Sprinkle with cheese and mini tomatoes and cover. Let it simmer over low heat until the egg mixture hardens and the cheese has melted. Serve with good bread, e.g. casserole bread, which you can find the recipe for here .
