It is both fun and easy to make liqueur yourself. I have made many strokes and always with great success. This time the pears in the shop were so sweet and tempting, so then it went without saying that it had to be pear liqueur.
5 bulbs with shells
2 cinnamon sticks
1-2 star anise
1 vanilla bean
100 g sugar
Vodka 40 %
Remove the core housing from the bulbs and cut them into boats. Fill all the ingredient in a Norwegian glass and fill up with vodka until the glass is completely full. Put the lid on and shake it well. Put the glass on the kitchen counter for four weeks. Turn the glass over daily. Strain the liqueur after four weeks and pour into a bottle. Put the bottle cold for six months.
The pears can be used as an accessory to ice cream after the liqueur is ready.
