This pasta dish tastes good and is easy to make.
2 chicken fillets in strips
1 finely chopped onion
2 finely chopped cloves of garlic
3 tomatoes, in small cubes
1 tablespoon tomato puree, preferably Mutti
1 tablespoon chicken stock
1 dl water
1 tablespoon finely chopped basil
1 handful of finely chopped parsley
Salt and pepper
Fry onion, chicken and garlic in a little oil. Add the rest of the ingredients, except the parsley. Let it cook for 20 min. Season with salt and pepper. Add the parsley and serve with freshly cooked pasta and a sprinkle of parmesan. You can feel free to drizzle over some good olive oil when serving.
